The delicious Leopard Restaurant menu includes a selection of hearty, homely and imaginative dishes, prepared with panache – as you will see through the wall! There’s everything from sizzling steaks to freshly caught local seafood and succulent starters to divine desserts. The daily specials board also features popular favourites such as our Crab Cakes, Brill and Sea Bass. The dishes combine the talents of our Head Chef with the influence of Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection who has a particular passion for food.

The chic bar, with its mix of bold stripes and leopard skin fabrics, makes a stunning setting in which to unwind and socialise with a cocktail, a local beer or your favourite liqueur.
