The delicious Leopard Restaurant menu combines hearty, wholesome and imaginative dishes. There’s everything from sizzling steaks to freshly caught local seafood, succulent starters to indulgent desserts. The daily specials board also features popular favourites and catch of the day. The dishes combine the talents of our Head Chef with the much loved recipes and influence of Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection.
