DAY 2:

    08:30 – 10:30: Hatha yoga and nidra
    09:30 – 10:30: Healthy breakfast in the Leopard Bar Restaurant
    11:30 – 14:30: At leisure
    15:00 – 17:00: Stand up paddle at one of the island’s beaches
    18:30 - 22:00: Dinner at leisure

DAY 3:

    08:30 – 09:30: Choose from a guided run or kettlebells
    09:30 – 10:30: Healthy breakfast in the Leopard Bar Restaurant
    14:00: Enjoy downtime or join a private walking tour
    17:30 – 19:30: Yin yoga (restorative)

DAY 4:

Activities Information

Doodling

This playful mindfulness exercise involves drawing and inventing 'zentangles' which are repeating doodle shapes which spill out from the page. The emphasis is on slowing down and focusing on simple patterns using pen, coloured pencils and pastels. 

Optional extra classes are available on request including personal tuition art workshops specialising in drawing, water colour painting, pastels and acrylic painting.

Yoga

Enjoy a session with Alice Marshall. an international yoga teacher who will show you the process of listening, growing and embracing the essence of your spirit. Yoga is not just about being flexible, it is a journey of discovery to inner peace.
All abilities are welcome.

Individual yoga sessions, meditation and Thai massage with Alice are also available on request and at additional cost.

 

Stand Up Paddle

Try Stand Up Paddle Boarding, a pastime that has been growing in popularity whereby you stand on your surfboards and use a paddle to propel yourself through the water - no waves required!

A totally different perspective from the water, its great fun for all ages and abilities. It includes the board, paddles, buoyancy aids and wet suits if desired can be hired at £5. You'll need to bring shorts, t-shirt, and shoes that you don't mind getting wet!

Guided Walks

Walk through the fascinating streets of St Peter Port, and learn about our World War ll history. The tour starts and finishes at The Old Government House.

This two hour walk is at a gentle pace with some steps and hills. Gill was the guide to the film crew while they were researching locations for the upcoming film based on ‘The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society’. The film ‘Guernsey’ is now in production with a 2018 release date with Downton Abbey’s Lily James and Game of Thrones’ Michael Huisman in the lead roles.

Kayaking around the coast: Two hour trip - £37.50 per person  

Coasteering, this includes adventure sport, rock scrambling, jumping, swimming in caves and gullies: Two hours - £37.50 per person 

Kayak Puffin Patrol on the 13th and 14th May only - £37.50 per person trips from Shell Beach in Herm
