We understand that families like to stay together, but not necessarily all in the same room. We therefore offer a number of different accommodation options.
The Guernsey Townhouse Apartments
Dating back to 1865, The Guernsey Townhouse is a beautiful listed building made up of two split-level, two-bedroom apartments. Ideal for a luxurious family holiday or an extended stay, these apartments provide a perfect combination: the unrivalled service with the privacy and space of a luxury apartment.
Each individual apartment can be taken separately, or combined to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, with space for two extra beds if required.
Our beautifully appointed Penthouse Suite is the perfect choice for a relaxed and enjoyable family break. It offers panoramic views over St Peter Port and the harbour, along with all those thoughtful personal touches that are the hallmarks of the unique Duke of Richmond experience. Spacious and comfortable it includes a master bedroom with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing room, as well as a separate lounge area with an additional shower room. The lounge can be transformed into a second bedroom to accommodate up to two children or one adult.
Superior King Twin Room
For a family weekend break or short stay a Superior King Twin room is ideal – it sleeps a family of four in comfort and offers all those thoughtful touches that make our hotel experience so special. These rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a king sized bed, which can be made into two single beds, as well as two extra beds for children under 12 years old, plus an en-suite bathroom.
Interconnecting Superior King Twin Room
Ideal for families with teenagers or for larger families, we offer two pairs of interconnecting Superior King Twin Rooms as described above. This gives you a variety of flexible options that allows you to include additional family members.
Children and babies* stay free when sharing a room with paying adults. Please note that a nightly charge of 25% of the accommodation rate will be added when three adults share the same accommodation.
*We define a baby as up to three years of age and sleeping in cot. A child is up to and including 12 years old. Those aged 13 or older are defined as an adult.
