The Duke of Richmond Hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join its exciting kitchen brigade.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the Executive Chef overseeing the daily kitchen operation
- Ensuring that all kitchen stations deliver to the required standard with the support of the Executive Head Chef
- Managing and communicating to a team of chefs
- Assisting the Executive Chef with financial planning and budgeting
- Ensuring that health and safety, food hygiene and fire prevention regulations are adhered to
- Assisting in food ordering, purchasing and rotating
- Training and developing staff
